Be aware: Boss, you and subordinate

In Sales: Falling down and Standing up

‘Falling down and standing up again’ should be the phenomenal attitude among the sales people. And after all falling down is one of the great arts of learners and achiever. Whether be it Abraham Lincoln or Isac Nuton or Einstein or it be our one and only Gandhi Bappa(Mahatma Gandhi). Story being the same .So where our sales could lag behind as its also one of the social activities, starts from society and to the society. Failing one time in sales means you know what customers needs and things changes again that in the second time. Every event leaves a lesson to the sales guy. So what could else be better lesson than. So my fresher counterparts don’t get hassled by the pressure given by your sales managers as you fail the most and your managers are learning out of you and they don’t want to leave a single piece of lessons what they were not able to achieve. So now on no reasons of getting demotivated. Enjoy every moment of failing and just move ahead.

"Ye hai mera Bharat. Strong , Big, undaunted.....leaves mark where ever it goes...CWG dekho aur jano ....ki kyon hai mera bharat mahan......"

Incredible India

Gandhiji gave three dimensional message i.e.  to the individual, to the nation and to the world. He taught us that each individual must conquer all evil tendencies and strive to seek truth through love and non-violence and live a truthful life. Only a life of love, service, sacrifice and constructive work will be worth living. So if not then get well soon bidu!!

That's our gandhi Bappa!!!!

The White Tiger Continued................

“Entrepreneurs are made from half baked clay”

Ah! Though very late but I have ultimately scanned the ‘The White Tiger’. Now I am realizing how late came to this ultimate write up of Arbind Adiga. Story started with Mr. Jiabao, premier china with a beautiful line, “Though both of us don’t have mother tounge as English but few things can be explained in English only”. Balram, the protagonist in the story had no name from his home and in the entire story his name kept on changing but the only name given by the school inspector persisted till the last i.e. “The White Tiger”. The story basically showed the angst and agony of the author. Starting from Laxamgarh  to Dhanbad then to Delhi and finally the story concluded in Banglore. In between author kept on defining the two segments of our society oppressor and oppressed.  what parallel rules and strictures being followed there. He explained it through a simple word “choice”. He said there is no choice in dark world, the world of oppressed. You are supposed to be in the stream where the people in light have routed you. Though at the end of the story something seemed unusual but then it’s the hardcore reality of our dark society. At the climax of the story he showed the power of red bag and brown envelope.

Few  catchy , evoking and provoking statements in the story:

“My father was a man with a plan. I was his plan”
“The story of my upbringing is the story of how a half baked fellow is produced.”
“Entrepreneurs are made from half baked clay”
“A rich man body is like a premium cotton pillow, White and soft and blank”
“The sun rises over the buffalo, and over my father , and over me and over my world.”
“I am just one who has woken up, and the rest of you are still sleeping, and that is the only difference between us.”

Service is the very purpose of life. It is the rent we pay for living on the planet.

Yaah!! We are supposed to give service and that may be in any form. That can be in any form and to anyone. Our earning is not only meant for us rather it is supposed to be shared among needy or at least to one who is in utmost desire. That's why we are social. If every individual  takes care of any needy one, he did his duty of the society. And eventually we are with a balanced society.

Ur little help in macro view is not that scanty.....and that Samuel Johnson have rightly said..........................    "There can be no Freindship without confidence and no confindence without Integrate"
So lets integrate and make up the society with our little help.

Arbind Adiga's The White Tiger

Arvind Adiga kept on glued with his immense creativity in  "The White Tiger". The simple Laxman garh discription and with superb defination of poverty impressed me really. He has said that the poor is known by his no of scars from his neck to buttuck. He gave notion to the society about a new style of education i.e. by proper observation.

He showed he is really a white tiger
